One to one private yoga class One to one teaching allows a student-teacher relationship to be established. It ensures the teaching is fully adapted to the student's individual needs and capacities. It gives the student the independence to practise at home and is the best way to delve deeper into the heart of personal designed practice. If you are completely new to yoga, it can be a good place to start. |

Yoga in small groups from September to June Group classes consist of a guided practice, with Asanas, Pranayama, relaxation, meditation and Indian philosophy. |
