The yoga practice requires no prior experience, it is open to all. Yoga is an ancient, self-empowering practice that utilizes a wide range of tools and techniques that can be adapted in respect of needs and requirements of each individual to improve maintain or restore health and well-being. Yoga allows you to enter the energy flow of life and express it in full consciousness throughout postures, regulated breathing, meditation, diet, way of life, sound, song, visualization, meditation, relaxation, Indian philosophy. ...
The yoga practice provides both an inner journey and a way to be available to others and the world. A regular practice helps to awaken students to express their vitality, their creativity and their fundamental identity with grace through the body, heart and spirit. Yoga helps: improve flow of internal energy, purify the body, release physical and mental tension, improve focus and align the body schema. It brings stability in working and family life. It may be a support for a professional, a sports person, a prenatal and postnatal mother or simply a way to develop well-being and personal growth.
