mom & baby classes
For all moms who gave birth to a magnificent baby, you now need a time for adaptation to this new rhythm of life. The birth of your child is an initiatory event, which deserves to be lived in enjoyment and gratefulness.
The Mom & Baby course invites all moms wishing a moment of relaxation, well-being and progressive fitness after the childbirth to come enjoy a class with their babies! Of course, dads are also welcome.
This class is an accompaniment in the parenthood and also a magnificent moment of tenderness with your baby.
It allows moms to:
- restore the harmony in themselves and welcome the change serenely.
- strengthen confidence on the physical, mental and emotional plans.
- practise adapted postures, with and without baby, to discover a fluid circulation of energy.
- take pleasure to listen to, feel and communicate with their child through gestures, breath and soft massages.
- relieve tensions, relax and improve postures to adopt when having a baby.
It allows babies to:
- be comfortably installed close to their moms, resting, participating or simply listening and looking around him. Babies take advantage of this unique experience in a relaxed atmosphere to develop their complicity with their Moms.
- feel accompanied in their development and completely welcomed from the first months of their life through a playful physical and sensory awakening.
- improve their functioning of all the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and nervous systems.
All the bases for a happy communication between mom and baby are combined !
It is also a good opportunity to share your feelings with other parents who are living the same thing as you!
You can attend this class as soon as your doctor will have given his approval. This course does not establish the current "réeducation du périné" given by Social Security.
Moms (or dads) can attend the class until their baby begins to crawl actively.
As places are limited, these courses need to be reserved in advance.
